Production Lead – Second Shift

Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking Production Lead for an immediate, second shift position. Hours are Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve production process to enhance production quality and maximize efficiency
- Plan and assign workload
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in the production process
- Track staff absences and calculate hours worked
- Address and resolve employee complaints
- Ensure all safety measurements are followed
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have production leadership experience
- Must have general knowledge of manufacturing and production
- Must be able to troubleshoot and identify issues
- Must possess good organizational and communication skills
- Must have the ability to ensure safety rules are being followed
- Must be comfortable working second shift
