M&A Tax or Senior Manager

Job Description
An accounting firm has an opportunity available for a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax or Senior Manager to join their team. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements:
- Technical tax, networking, business, and people development
- Tax due diligence and risk exposure analysis
- Tax modeling, structuring, and transaction analysis
- Understanding of multi-disciplinary tax issues
- Actively and effectively engage with clients
- Target company personnel and their representatives, team members, and other stake holders
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 to 6 years of M&A Tax, Tax Due Diligence, Transaction Services, and/or recent Public Accounting experience
- Must have tax related Transaction Services or M&A experience
- Must have a CPA Certification or in process of pursuing
