Industrial Painter

Job Description
A fast growing manufacturing company is seeking an Industrial Painter to join their team. You will work 10 hour days from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.; however, the position will potentially turn to second shift in the future.
Job Duties:
- Perform washing, basic rigging, paint preparation, painting, and general maintenance on parts, steel, aluminum, and equipment
- Utilize spray equipment, air brush stencils, rollers, and brushes when painting surfaces
- Prepare paint and use viscosity cups, airless sprayer, presser pot, thickness gages, and gloss gages to verify make-up of paint
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of industrial painting experience
- Must be familiar with various techniques and tools in the painting process
- Must be able prepare paint by using a variety of equipment and tools
- Must be a skilled, motivated, and high-energy individual who can work well under pressure and be a team player
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Previous experience is preferred; however, training may be available for the right person.
