Customer Compliance - Installation Coordinator
Bedford Heights, OH 44146 | Temp-to-Perm
This retail industry company is seeking a Customer Compliance/Installation Coordinator for a full-time position. You will coordinate installation activities with partner companies and you will manage key clients with residual order system. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but some phone work will be needed outside of these hours to manage installation team support.
- Entering orders, tracking orders, providing customer support, and following up with stores as necessary to fulfill orders
- Reviewing data for deficiencies & resolving discrepancies
- Prepare source data for entry and establish priorities
- Setting up installation agreements, quoting, SOW, reporting formats & requirements
- Validating charges coming from installation company for billing & finance reporting
- Reviewing & analyzing data collected by sorting, batching, trending, reporting on performance & compliance for internal & external reporting
- Liaising with larger team on QC issues and non-compliance
- Preparing & submitting reports to clients
- Perform other duties as needed
- Must have strong skills in data entry, reporting & analytics
- Must have strong Excel sills, working in spreadsheets with formulas, sort, pivot tables & summaries
- Must be capable of working efficiently under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail & accuracy, with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude
- Must maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential
